Welcome to GrabCash (grabcash.in), operated by InspireLabs Solutions Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow these Terms. We encourage you to read them carefully to understand how our services work.
- Membership is available to individuals aged 16 years and above.
- Registration requires providing accurate and current information, including your name, contact details, and payment method.
- Members are strictly prohibited from running paid ads on platforms like Google or Facebook that directly link to GrabCash. Violation will result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information, including email and payment details, updated. GrabCash is not liable for any missed communications or payments due to outdated information.
GrabCash enables registered users ("Members") to earn profits on tracked purchases made via shared links from partner retailers ("Retailers").
- Profits are only credited for purchases deemed valid by the Retailer.
- If a Retailer does not track or confirm a transaction, no profit will be awarded.
- Returned, canceled, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify for profits.
- Profits are paid to Members once GrabCash receives commissions from Retailers.
- If no commission is received from Retailers, GrabCash is not obligated to pay profits.
- Members earn 10% of profits generated by new users they refer, provided both accounts remain active.
- Payments are initially marked as pending and validated only after Retailer confirmation. This process may take up to 90 days.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹10. If an account is closed before reaching this limit, the balance will be forfeited.
- GrabCash reserves the right to adjust or reclaim payments credited in error or due to fraud.
- GrabCash is not responsible for untracked transactions due to technical issues or retailer decisions.
- Ensure the information you provide is accurate, including your payment method and email address.
- Members must comply with all laws and Retailer terms.
- Misuse, fraudulent activities, or violation of terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
- All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is owned by or licensed to GrabCash.
- Members grant GrabCash a non-exclusive license to use any content they upload, and other Members a limited right to view such content.
- Your use of GrabCash signifies your consent to our Privacy Policy. Please review this policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- GrabCash is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods and services purchased through Retailers.
- Members must exercise caution when engaging in transactions with Retailers.
- GrabCash may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:
- Using false information or unauthorized payment methods.
- Creating fake referral links or engaging in unauthorized activities within the platform.
- Posting harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
If a third party contacts GrabCash regarding your account or activities, you agree to:
- Provide necessary assistance or information.
- Respond promptly and accurately if the matter is referred to you.
GrabCash may introduce new features or services subject to additional terms, which will be communicated through the Site. By using these services, you agree to the applicable terms.
GrabCash reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services. Terminated accounts may forfeit pending or validated payments.
